The hotel is simple but comfortable and clean. They don't have a garage but were kind enough to get us one, complimentary. Good location downtown to go anywhere, with good places to eat. Two blocks from the American Consulate. Great staff. Good breakfast.
Felt like part of their family, with nothing being too much trouble.

The Itajuba Hotel offers excellent value for money. Located in the heart of Rio, right in front of the Cinelandia metro stop, it is perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife and easily accessing the beautiful beaches. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The basic amenities provided, along with the rooms' very good air-conditioning, make for a comfortable experience. Additionally, having breakfast included is a great perk, saving you time and money.

The hotel is conveniently located near Santos Dumont Airport, making it a great choice for those with early morning departures. It is also within walking distance of the lively Copacabana area, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. there is a small grocery store nearby for any last-minute needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Rio. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
